Parents' General Information for
PCCFA Summer ArtsCamp!
Time:
8:45am–11:45am | Monday–Friday
Half-day campers are dismissed between 11:45am. (Please do not drop campers off earlier than 8:45am.)
During the morning session, campers will explore the foundations of theater in a fun, supportive, and creative environment. This portion of the day focuses on:
Acting and character development
Improvisation and creative play
Movement and stage presence
Vocal expression
Introduction to technical theater elements
While morning-only campers will not participate in a formal performance, they will gain valuable theatrical skills and confidence through hands-on exploration and ensemble work. We will have a Celebration of Camp on our last day - July 31st at 10am, so mark your calendars!!
We will collect cell phones and place them in a phone bin throughout the camp day. For emergencies or to contact your child regarding pickup changes, please use the cell numbers for the on-site administrators as needed.

1:00–5:00pm | Monday–Friday
In the afternoon, we shift into full musical production mode! Campers rehearse daily for our 2026 summer musical Beetlejuice, Jr. , building toward a live performance at the end of July.
Important notes for PM participants:
Full day campers must bring lunch, as lunch runs from 12:00–1:00pm

Rehearsals are held Monday–Friday from 1–5pm
Some students may not be called for rehearsal every day
On days they are not called, families may:
Pick their child up when not needed at rehearsal
Have campers remain until 5:00pm
Please continue to check your emails for optional early release days.
