ARTS10573 Art Show

October 25th, 2026

From 11am - 5pm!

To all our presenting artists!

We wanted to give you some information about the day!

Location: The Mansion at Crawford Park

122 N Ridge St. 

Rye Brook, NY 10573

Logistics:

Load-in is at 10:00 am! You are responsible for bringing in your own items, though we will have some volunteers to help you. 

Upon arrival, please check in at the PCCFA Table in the foyer. One of our volunteers will guide you to your assigned table. We will try to accommodate any of the requests submitted with your application. 

Display suggestions:

• Plan on exhibiting 10 - 20 pieces of your work, or as many as you'd like! 

• You will be provided with one 6’ table; the decoration is up to you!

• If you need additional items (easels, stands, etc.) for display, please bring them with you. We do not have additional display equipment to loan out. 

The Show Opens to the Public at 11:00am!

We will provide lunch for the presenters, as well as coffee, tea and water! There will be some food trucks, if you are so inclined! Also, we will have volunteers to help you throughout the day if you'd like to check out your fellow presenter's artwork.

We do ask that you stay until the end of the show at 5:00

Throughout the day, we will be calling out winners of our raffle! 

As we have done in the past, we do ask for one piece of your work that we can add to the raffle table! 

The proceeds from the raffle go to future programming for the Port Chester Council for the Arts!
